Chemestmed Joins Estonian HealthTech Innovators in London

24.10.2025

Chemestmed was pleased to take part in a recent delegation of Estonian HealthTech innovators in London.

The visit brought together 16 Estonian HealthTech companies, who accompanied Estonian President Alar Karis on a three-day programme aimed at strengthening Estonian–British relations and presenting developments in AI diagnostics, digital health platforms, drug development, and medical technology innovation to UK and global partners.

The mission underscored the growing opportunities for collaboration between Estonia and the United Kingdom in the health technology sector. Over the course of three days, the delegation visited London and Cambridge, including a meeting at King’s College London with Prof. Graham Lord, Prof. Seb Ourselin, and Mrs. Julie Devonshire.

The visit concluded with a concert at the Barbican Centre, featuring Arvo Pärt’s Adam’s Lament — a memorable cultural experience that provided a beautiful close to the programme. It was also an excellent opportunity to meet many of our collaborators and partners in person, further strengthening ongoing relationships.

Chemestmed extends its appreciation to EIS | Enterprise Estonia, Trade with Estonia, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia for organising and coordinating this initiative.
