Chemestmed reports novel effective RNA m6A methyltransferase METTL16 inhibitors with anticancer activity

In a preprint deposited in Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory server bioRxiv, Chemestmed reports in collaboration with the Universities of Tartu and Helsinki the discovery of novel nanomolar-active RNA m6A methyltransferase METTL16 inhibitors, with effective anticancer activity against different leukemia cell lines.
